(1)	The reporting person does not beneficially own any securities of Chuy's Holdings, Inc. as previously reported on his Form 3 filed on July 24, 2012. This amendment reflects that David J. Oddi had sole voting and dispositive power over the 7,667,768 shares of series A preferred stock owned by Goode Chuy's Holdings, LLC and over the 222,627 shares of series X preferred stock owned by Goode Chuy's Direct Investors, LLC. The reporting person's previously filed Form 4s should be read in light of this amendment.
