Chuy's Holdings, Inc. Announces Completion of Secondary Public Offering of Common Stock

AUSTIN, Texas, April 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chuy's Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CHUY) today announced the successful completion of a secondary public offering of 3,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $33.00 per share. All of the shares were offered by certain existing shareholders of the Company. The offering closed on April 17, 2013. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from certain selling shareholders.

Jefferies and Baird served as joint book-running managers for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets, Raymond James and Stephens Inc. served as co-managers for the offering.
