(a) The twenty-six weeks ended June 26, 2022 includes a $2.4 million increase to operating lease assets and liabilities related to a new lease commencement, a $2.6 million increase due to extending remaining lives of certain leases, partially offset by $0.5 million decrease as a result of a termination of closed restaurant lease. The twenty-six weeks ended June 27, 2021 includes a $6.9 million increase mainly due to extending remaining lives of certain leases, partially offset by a $3.1 million decrease to operating lease assets and liabilities related to the termination of two closed restaurant leases.
