Description of Business
Chuy’s Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), through its subsidiaries owns and operates restaurants across 19 states including Texas, the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. All of the Company’s restaurants operate under the name Chuy’s. The Company had 100 as of December 29, 2019 and December 30, 2018 and 91 restaurants as of December 31, 2017.
Chuy’s was founded in Austin, Texas in 1982 and prior to 2006, operated as Chuy’s Comida Deluxe, Inc. (“Chuy’s”). The Company was incorporated in November 2006.
