Chuy’s Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), through its subsidiaries owns and operates restaurants in Texas and 19 states in the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. All of the Company’s restaurants operate under the name Chuy’s. The Company had 91, 80, and 69 restaurants, as of December 31, 2017, December 25, 2016, and December 27, 2015, respectively.
Chuy’s was founded in Austin, Texas in 1982 and prior to 2006, operated as Chuy’s Comida Deluxe, Inc. (“Chuy’s”). The Company was incorporated in November 2006.
